Victor Hsia, PhD

Victor Hsia is Professor and Department Chair of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). Dr. Hsia and his team launched an integral approach related to neuroscience, virology, cell/molecular biology and bio-engineering to develop innovative therapeutic strategies for systemic diseases. Victor received his B.S. degree from the National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from Wayne State University. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at NIH.
